Small Group Classes

I offer classes for all ages and fitness levels. Each class is limited to 8 to 12 spots so we can modify the exercises and weights to each individuals needs. Spaces are limited so be sure to go sign up on the member portal to claim your spot.


Boot Camp

Mondays- Lower Body Emphasis/ Wednesdays- Push Muscles (Chest, Shoulders, Triceps)/ Fridays- Pull Muscles (Back, Biceps, Abs)

6a.m.- 6:30a.m.
9am- 930am

Saturdays- Full Body

 High intensity strength workouts designed to hit every major muscle group, gain lean muscle mass and burn fat.

Boomers (Full Body)

Tuesdays, Thursdays
10am – 10:30am

 This class is specifically designed for women 50 and over. I combine bodyweight exercises with free weights and some light interval training to help you tone, increase bone density, improve your balance and put your metabolism to work.

Tabata Tuesday and Thursday (Full Body)

High Intensity Interval Training designed to build endurance and put your body in fat burning mode all day long.


Wednesdays 7:15 pm and Saturdays 8 am

This is a beginner friendly Vinyasa Flow with modifications provided for those seeking more challenge. This class will enhance flexibility, strength, and balance and is an excellent compliment to our other Boot Camp and Tabata classes.

Our workouts are designed to work together to hit every major muscle group, build lean muscle and burn fat creating a structured, balanced and results driven routine that improves posture and prevents injury!
